Why you should be part of Ann Awards
Rules and Regulation
Eligibility
Languages: Content should be in English or if it is in any other language the subtitles are mandatory
Submission Language: All forms and data must be in English
Original Work: Submit original work created by or for you
Entry Limit Per Subcategory: Each company may submit a maximum of three (3) entries in any single award subcategory. For example, a company may submit up to three projects under Best 2D Animation, but no additional entries will be accepted in that same subcategory, even if they meet the eligibility requirements. This limit has been introduced to ensure fair participation and a balanced judging process across all entrants.
Complete Submission: Ensure all forms are fully filled with necessary data and authorization
Payment: Full payment must be made before the submission deadline.
Compliance:Entries violating rules or involving plagiarism will be disqualified.
Submission Process
Login: Access your account and select desired categories.
Entry Details: For each entry, fill out the form and attach supporting documents.
Media Links: Provide embed links (e.g., YouTube or Google Drive) for your content.
Attachment: Banner of project in 16:9 (Landscape) format, High resolution.
Invoice & Payment: View your auto-generated Proforma Invoice and proceed with payment.
Final Submission: Once payment is confirmed, your submission is finalized.
Additional Notes
Finality: No changes allowed after submission and acceptance.
Usage Rights: By submitting, you grant AnimationXpress India Pvt. Ltd. the right to use your materials for award-related activities.
