By submitting an entry to the ANN Awards, participants agree to the following terms:

All submitted work must be original and the participant must hold the necessary rights or permissions to submit the entry.
Entries once submitted cannot be edited or replaced.

The decision of the jury will be final and binding.
Animation Xpress India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate intellectual property rights or contain inappropriate content.
Participation does not guarantee shortlisting or winning.

By participating, you grant Animation Xpress the right to use your submitted content (with due credit) for promotional and archival purposes.
